Spotless rooms cleaned daily. Close to beach, tram, and bus stop. Friendly staff, tried their best with English. Fantastic location one block from the beautiful San Juan beach. Affordable transport system better than the UK's.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was ideal, right next to the tram line and bus route, making it easy to explore this city. the hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants and supermarkets, making it easy to satisfy my cravings and stock up on essentials.

Simple hotel with efficient staff and I enjoyed unbeatable location. Plentiful breakfast, good service. The room was non-smoking, updated and the bed was extremely comfy. A very lovely stay with a nice swimming pool. There were shops and supermarkets around the property. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Pulperia Catavinos that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money was unbeatable - affordable prices for a comfortable stay. Secondly, the location was excellent, with easy access to the tram which took us into the city center every day. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, complete with a good-sized balcony for enjoying the view. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of fresh hot options to choose from.
All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Getting around is easy with the tram or bus stops right outside the hotel. Plus, the breathtaking beach is just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. Guests can enjoy a beautiful view from the balcony and appreciate the convenience of a fridge in the room.The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. With excellent hygiene standards and complimentary toiletries, guests feel well taken care of.
The lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room is a minor inconvenience.
